Custom Dyneema® Webbing

Sturges Manufactures High-Strength UHMWPE (Dyneema®) Webbing

UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) fiber is used to weave some of the strongest webbing. This allows for stronger, lighter, and thinner webbing made from traditional fibers UHMWPE webbings are popular for applications requiring high strength and low stretch, and where corrosion is possible or expected. Our high-performance UHMWPE Webbing is a critical component for life-threatening jobs that cannot afford a snap or break. Due to its water-resistant properties and floating capabilities, UHMWPE webbing is often used for marine applications or off-shore rigging.

Sturges UHMWPE webbings are rigorously tested in our ISO 17025 accredited test lab to ensure our products conform to the highest industry standards for critical applications.

With excellent resistance to mildew, UV damage, abrasion, acids, alkalis, oil, and gases, and heat-safe up to 300°F, UHMWPE webbing is excellent for a variety of rugged, outdoor applications. UHMWPE webbing is available in a variety of dimensions and colors.
